Audiovisual ResourcesThere are a variety of resources that can be used to locate audiovisual materials such as films, videotapes, and laser disks relevant to a course on physiological psychology. 1. Allyn and Bacon Software/Video Publication Guide (1997). This guide lists the video resources available to adopters of Allyn and Bacon texts. The Guide also includes software that can support each course. Contact an Allyn and Bacon sales representative for more information about this guide. 2. National Archive and Records Information Locator:This web site allows the user to search the NARA holdings for still images, video, and films. 3. NOVA series: This web site is devoted to segments from the NOVA public television series (from PBS). 4. Discovering Psychology Series (Teaching Modules) A series of 30 minute videos of which some are appropriate for inclusion in a physiological psychology course. 5. Dynamic Concepts in Psychology (1993). Videodisc available from Harcourt Brace Publishers (817-334-7772).
