Make aerobic exercise part of your daily routine. Walk or bike to class
instead of driving (you'll avoid the parking problem as a bonus).
Take physical education courses that you think you might enjoy. Use this
required class as an opportunity to learn a physical activity that will carry
you through the rest of your life (like tennis or swimming).
Taking a walk does more than help keep you physically fit. It "clears your
head" after studying or taking a test. It is also an opportunity to spend time
with a friend, catching up on the day.
Exercise burns calories even after your workout, because your metabolism has
been raised.
Join an intramural team, such as Ultimate Frisbee, or Soccer. This is the
best way to meet people, have fun and get the right amount of exercise. Just do
it.
