  1. Using your syllabus plan out a studying schedule for the next week.

  2. After each studying episode evaluate your performance. If you implemented a strategy you developed from a prior reading episode include it in your evaluation.

      A. Did you meet your goal? (Scale yourself 0 -5) If not why not?
      B. Do you have a product - It must be something concrete - notes, cards, marked text, etc.. (Scale yourself 0 -5)
      C. How was your attitude? (Scale yourself 0 -5) Bored, interested, etc. Why?
      D. Did you understand the material? (Scale yourself 0 -5) If not why not?
Total up your points - for each score of 3 or less develop a strategy to use next time
* Consider the following areas - Time management, note-taking, reading, stress management, review/test taking and general studying principles.

Write the strategy down with the corresponding letter so you will be able to monitor your efforts and whether or not the strategy helped.
