Sample Feedback and Evaluation Forms

We have adapted a template feedback and evaluation form from a form developed by Professor Phil Keith of St. Cloud State University using GRACE. It illustrates the portability and flexibility of the GRACE heuristic, operating here as a framework for a writer to review a rhetorical situation and evaluate his/her own response to the situation, identifying questions and concerns that still remain.

Following the sample GRACE feedback form are a series of sample evaluation forms for specific types of documents, from memos through oral presentations. These can be useful for writers to evaluate their own drafts, and they are also useful for framing peer feedback and class discussions as well as for framing feedback that you give to either drafts or final graded assignments yourself.
