The new name of the combined companies with be Bank of North America ANC Corporation, and its headquarters will be in St. Louis. The principal subsidiary banks will be the First Bank of St. Louis, ANC Banking (Iowa) headquartered in Des Moines, ANC Bank (Kansas) headquartered in Kansas City, Constancy National Bank, and Independence National Bank. ANC Banking (St. Louis) will be merged into Constancy National Bank. I believe that this merger of the two premier midwestern banks will mark the beginning of an exciting and mutually rewarding association. I also believe that it will enhance the ability of Constancy National to serve its customers. Our aim at Constancy National is "business as usual."
