This web site accompanies Eugene F. Provenzo, Jr.'s The Internet and the World Wide Web for Teachers (Needham Heights, MA: Allyn & Bacon Publishers, 2001). It provides links to all of the web sites listed in the book.

Since the World Wide Web is constantly changing, some of the web sites listed will have been discontinued by the time the book is published. Web sites that no longer have active addresses are marked through or “crossed-out” with a line. Whenever possible, an alternative web site is provided. Alternative links and web sites are designated by the of a computer mouse labeled “Alt. Link.”

New web sites, not found in the book, which have recently come to the attention of the author, will be included on the website every couple of months. All new additions will be included in subsequent editions of the book. These sites are indicated by the following photograph of a mouse labeled “New Link.”
