- Tour of Our Solar System. A beautiful site with images of the planets and plentiful information on each. Includes information on the Sun, asteroids, comets, meteorites, and famous astronomers.

- How Things Work. An online, chat-based version of How Things Work: the Physics of Everyday Life, by Louis A. Bloomfield, Professor of Physics, the University of Virginia. A wonderful website where you submit your question and get a response or just review past questions and answers.
- Technology Education Index. Excellent information and resources on a wide variety of topics such as robotics, history of science, and energy. Click on How Things Work for a resource similar to Dr. Bloomfield's.
- Musée des arts et métiers. Science- and technology-related online exhibitions, news, links from France.
- Oyster & Maritime Museum - Oyster Industry. Pictures and information on the oyster industry, past and present, presented by the Chincoteague Oyster and Maritime Museum.
- Charles River Museum of Industry A center for the exploration of the history of industry and technology and for the study the dynamic process of innovation in order to encourage and inspire future innovation in America.
- Maritime Industry Museum. Maintained by the State University of New York Maritime College, Bronx, NY.
